Return Eligibility

Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Final sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
Items returned without prior authorization

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as DELTAFORGE is not responsible for lost return shipments

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead
Additional shipping fees may apply for exchanges

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to sender
